Spinoni typically stand between 23 to 27 inches tall, with a weight range of 60 to 85 pounds. Their coat is coarse and with thick skin which gives them protection. They are  white and orange with sometimes orange roaning or white and brown with sometimes broan roaning and occasionally pure white.
